Named licenses are not subject to return and exchange according to the Resolution of the Government of Ukraine "On Approval of the Rules of Sale of Goods by Distance Methods": "The buyer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually specific properties, if the said goods can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchases them".  And also according to the Resolution of the Government of the Ukraine of January 19, 1998 № 55) (as amended on October 20, 1998 and February 6, 2002).

However, exchanges and returns may be considered on an individual basis. To do this, send your request through a contact form and the matter will be reviewed within 2 working days, with further notice.

Registered licenses, corporate registered licenses, licenses issued to a legal entity or an individual - cannot be returned or exchanged.
